      Pros

      Teammates and coworkers in same center My center paid higher than other HCOL areas so transferring made no sense. Now any applicants coming in won't be paid as high.

      Cons

      Leadership was always scrambling for ideas to sell and deliver Blackout PTO every 3 months at EOQ They completely wiped out an entire team across the country and all delivery management on October 23. Customer experience could suffer for future product launch.

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
