      Pros

      Great company with talented people that are driven to the common goal. Value’s and mission statement easy to follow and abide by.

      Cons

      Commissioned based sales altered the team dynamic and work culture that Rivian was originally known for. No work life balance if you’re a manager, you are always on go which can be very draining. Low salary for internal promotions yet workload increases.

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      Cons

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
