      The Culture - incredibly driven people working towards a common goal The Mission - to change the world for our kids, kids, kids The Challenges - amazingly difficult challenges = great opportunities

      Every company has some cons... I've yet to find one at Rivian. Will report back in 6 mos!

      Pretty good work-life balance. Love the product of the company and the vision. CEO is not crazy.
