      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to flex outside of your role and create additional value across teams early on. Exciting projects and potential for impact. Kind and wickedly smart humans across various teams.

      Cons

      Growing pains of constant reorganization and reprioritization of projects means it can be difficult to feel like you're making progress despite the number of hours you work. Also really difficult to get any sort of mentorship and career development.

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      Cons

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
