      Good pay Work is easy to manage

      The company does not care about the lives of the employees. They have no problem letting people know that they are expendable. They have a very vague human resource policy which is used against the employee.

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      Cons

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
