-Extreme poor management from top down with zero communications. - No sense of work/life balance. -More than half the company only work there for less than 1 year -Don't expect much formal trainings and supports from the company - Does not value employee's hard work and will take you for granted. - Poor time management and very unorganized business structure (always set false sense of urgency with unrealistic deadlines) - Turn over rate for staff is very high with low stability in the company and waste lots of money/time on constant training new hires. - Very unprofessional work place with lots of rumour, favouritism, negativities that spreads throughout the company. -Rapid growth and expansion in the company leads to poor organization structure
