- Extremely unprofessional and unqualified management. -Does not follow basic labour standards -Does not treat employees with respect. Treats employees as property. -Does not provide any sort of work/life balance. -Does not give you the tools/training needed. -Does not provide feedback or coaching for development. -Company filled with rumours and gossip from top down. -HR does not take action on concerns brought to them from employees. -No scheduled reviews. -Management spreads lies and slanders competition. Instructs employees to do the same. -Constant revolving door of employees. -Zero "culture" or "values" in region. -Does not set clear job expectations, then reprimands on a whim. -No team culture. Construction and sales totally separate. -Benefits package is not great. Does not have allowance for glasses, and must pay 20% of dental/prescriptions etc.
