Pros

Big company, lots of moving parts, fast paced, laid back environment, job title driven, day goes by fast.

Cons

Upper management doesn't listen to employees, It is job title driven which actually makes the internal work a big pain, the environment fosters a place where people say that isn't my job, always looking to point out mistakes and rarely give compliments when deserved.

The checks clear (for now).

Cons

Insane amount of turnover and constant change in strategy (if that's what you want to call it). Leadership has no industry experience, and it shows. Leadership will point the blame at everyone else but themselves. If hired, you have 6 months to work miracles or you become the next scapegoat.
