Management picks favorites. Good, hard working employees are taken advantage of and asked to do more and more, while others do next to nothing and get high praise. Your hard work will earn you nothing but more work to do, for no more money (might get tacos though…). They don’t follow there alleged “values.” It’s all for the aesthetics, they don’t give a damn about employees (except for their buddies that they’ve worked with since the company started). HR has done nothing to resolve any issues brought to them. Management has been approached to resolve issues and actually said “you guys need to figure it out yourselves.” I wish I was joking. I thought that was a part of being a manager. Guess I was wrong. I could continue but you should get the point by now.

Huge turnover in upper management where guidance was seldom available, but expected huge results and employee loyalty.
