Pros
Working in ROKT is most certainly a breath of fresh air.
Having worked for a number of sizeable companies in the past, joining this company was definitely a 'risk' for me, and is one I am glad I took. The experience has certainly changed my earlier concept of start-up companies.
I will need more space to list the plus points that I have experienced personally, but more specific ones are:
+Clear development plan (right from Day 1),
+Specific and realistic goals (So you know where you are headed on Day X)
+ROKT is growing fast, and so does its employees (Or maybe I should call us - partners for growth)
+NO office politics (In the corporate world, this seems inevitable, but this is non-existent in ROKT)
Cons
-There is honestly not one that is worth mentioning. it all boils down to one's expectations, I guess.
