Pros
Like most part time retail jobs, hours are flexible but can vary depending on the season. Because the store is small, associates shouldn't ever feel completely overwhelmed by the work load. Store management is very understanding and always willing to help you learn and grow.
Cons
Hours vary, and often go under or over what you might want/need depending on the season. Corporate makes strange decisions often that can negatively affect the store or be counterproductive. The POS system is outdated and for people new to retail can be hard to learn/navigate at first. The pay scale is also rather low and doesn't necessarily correspond to employee responsibilities or level.
