      It has very good benefits.

      Cons

      They make you jump through hoops to get your benefits. The Human Resources department is for the company not the employees. You're walking on eggshells if you're not kissing up to the management.

      Great atmosphere, peers who are always willing to assist, opportunities for advancement within the US as well as worldwide.

      Cons

      The Columbus office is small but growing, there is occasional downtime.
