Do not recommend in Calgary - Anonymous employee Rosen Employee Review

Base salary for ethnic workers is significantly less than caucasian comparables (in the department where I worked at). They do hire a lot of immigrants, but doubtfully is for diversity and inclusion purposes. Culture is different than what the words say. I understand each subregion has a different culture, and the Canadian one seems quite suboptimal.
