Pros

The strongest part of the company is the people. I worked with an incredibly talented, resilient and supportive team who were doing their best in a high-pressure environment. My direct managers were excellent and genuinely invested in my development and I learned a huge amount from them during my time there. The role itself also gave exposure to complex work which can accelerate growth... if you have the right support around you.

Cons

Unfortunately, the wider culture overshadowed the positives. There was a consistent atmosphere of fear and pressure coming from senior leadership, and communication often crossed the line from demanding into toxic and demoralising. Employees were regularly pushed beyond healthy limits with little recognition or appreciation in return. Public criticism and being singled out in calls with the SLT became normalised and many people felt unable to speak openly due to fear of repercussions. At one point, leadership openly commented that they were “not busy enough” and needed more to do, which felt deeply disconnected from the reality experienced by employees working under constant pressure, burnout, and ongoing instability across the business. There was also a constant sense of concern across the business, with repeated redundancies and ongoing concerns around company performance impacting morale significantly. This became increasingly difficult to reconcile when public filings showed executive compensation and bonuses remaining extremely high relative to the scale and performance of the business. I stayed as long as I did because of the people around me and the support from my immediate managers but eventually the environment became unsustainable.

Pros

The workload employees are very committed to success and have great personalities. There are still good people here, and before new leadership was installed, it was a fun and inspiring place to work, with lots of exposure.

Cons

After a year in charge, new leadership has shown little directional focus, have remained uninvolved with general staff except for the occasional company briefing. There's no shared vision for what success looks like and most of the staff was made redundant, expecting the rest of us to absorb vacated duties without pay raises or promotions. They don't seem to know how to drive sales, there's little confidence with investors, so the only financial tactic they have is cutting staff. That's not sustainable, and the company's future now looks uncertain, along with job security.

Thank you for your review, we really do appreciate all feedback. We are saddened to hear your thoughts and disappointed the opportunity was not used to raise your concerns through the number of feedback channels we have, including most recently the anonymous employee survey which overall has indicated a positive response to the company. The leadership team aims to be transparent with staff and our Investors providing regular updates on the company. We do not dispute it has been a challenging year with several necessary changes such as divesting with non-core products enabling us to focus on our main asset, the newly launched Rosslyn platform, the changes made over the past two years has been well received indicated by the positive reviews received in the available feedback channels. We believe the company is now in the best position for us to execute our exciting growth plans with support from our fantastic team and Investors.
