Pros
The workload employees are very committed to success and have great personalities. There are still good people here, and before new leadership was installed, it was a fun and inspiring place to work, with lots of exposure.
Cons
After a year in charge, new leadership has shown little directional focus, have remained uninvolved with general staff except for the occasional company briefing. There's no shared vision for what success looks like and most of the staff was made redundant, expecting the rest of us to absorb vacated duties without pay raises or promotions. They don't seem to know how to drive sales, there's little confidence with investors, so the only financial tactic they have is cutting staff. That's not sustainable, and the company's future now looks uncertain, along with job security.
