Pros
Great people and you can learn from everyone because most have different backgrounds.
Cons
The salaries are ridiculously low. Once I left and realized how much I should actually be making as a designer, I initially felt I wasted a lot of time. The fact that I was able to learn from different co-workers was a huge benefit though.
