Business Outlook
Pros
Really great crowd of people to work with. Its always interesting with relatively new technology. The management are great if you need to leave of wfh for a serious matter.
Cons
Its not very well managed at a higher level. The teams are far too big and focus is all over the place. Its always about the fire of the week rather than a larger plan. This is a result of the executives not having a proper grasp of technologies or time management with them. It always seems like we need to deal with the next problem and we're promised things will get better once this next big rush is done but it somehow gets worse every time.
