Nice to work here - Inside Systems Engineer Ruckus Networks Employee Review

I’ve been with Ruckus for five months now, and it’s been a great experience so far. It’s nice coming into the office three days a week and getting out of the house. The team here is supportive, collaborative, and always willing to jump in and help when needed. If you’re looking for a place to build your career, this is a great place to start. Both managers are very understanding and open-minded, always willing to listen to questions or concerns.

The people not in management were a pleasure to work with and the wireless APs were great.

Management likes to lead by fear and many of them were rejects from other organizations. Most of them don't know how to be leaders of adults and lack emotional maturity.
