      travel and freedom to work on projects that interest you. See the world, get experience in many areas of business Interacting with teenagers and watching them enjoy new experiences

      expectation that you don't take days off...ever. low pay, because they think you get 'experience' by traveling high turnover, low employee morale, bad management and ownership

      I built great friendships with people at Rustic Pathways. There are always people and teams you can get along with and have a good work/life balance. Fun to travel with your friends at work. Great fast paced culture. People care a lot about our students and our impact

      Base salary was low when I started, but its getting better now.

      Pros

      Everyone works together, made lifelong friends from this job. Really cool work perks, lots of awesome travel. Felt inspired every day. Had awesome leadership.

      Cons

      Pay is low, but they made up for it with the most fun job ever, making real impact on students, and great colleagues and lots of travel to unique places.
