-Too strong orientation of the top management to mother country personnel on executive level on remote positions (abroad), instead of promoting local specialists.
-Creation of additional useless positions just to serve personal interests of relatives or friends. The problem is that these persons are at a low level of professionalism, but have decisional power.
-Serious delay in taking in time correct strategic decisions at top level.
-Disrespect own promisses.
