- Outdoors - Kind Management - Flexible Scheduling - Positive Experience if you like working with kids

- Coworkers can become complacent as time goes on (Totally fair but picking up slack can be rough) - Dealing with kids can become difficult and frustrating depending on the kids - Lack of activity variety can lead to monotony - Rainy days are rough, kids can become little nightmares when kept inside for long periods of time
