      Decent Health Benefits and decent salary levels.

      Cons

      Systems in Canada were very cumbersome, stock levels much lower than the competition (hard to compete with next day service) - Upper management was very unprofessional.

      big company with over 70,000 items in stock nation wide

      Cons

      too many product managers that don't seem to be held accountable. warehouse is union and they take pride in shipping quality product
