      People are a positive here as rank and file personnel show general care for others and easy to build camaraderie with people at all levels below upper management

      Cons

      Constantly cutting senior people, no bench support, very poorly managed, not an organization building for the future, peter principle alive and well

      big company with over 70,000 items in stock nation wide

      Cons

      too many product managers that don't seem to be held accountable. warehouse is union and they take pride in shipping quality product
