      -Flexible working hours. -Easy dealings with PRO and Finance departments.

      Cons

      -Salary pay used to be competitive till the new management arrived. -People in the higher management tend to only care for numbers and will not hesitate to take credit for any form of hard work you have done. -KPI is a joke
