Pros

Flexi benefits That's about it.

Cons

SAESL's management appears to place limited emphasis on talent retention. Employees across all levels, from technicians to executives, often seem to be viewed as easily replaceable, which can negatively affect morale and long-term employee commitment. The organizational structure also appears to have a disproportionately high number of managers and vice presidents. This can result in excessive discussion and oversight, while delaying decisive action. There is a perception that responsibility is frequently shifted between teams instead of focusing on resolving underlying issues. The Quality department is another area of concern. Rather than providing practical guidance and value-added support, it is often perceived as redirecting quality-related issues to the Engineering department. This creates the impression that accountability is being transferred instead of collaboratively addressing problems and preventing their recurrence.
