I dont know where is this company direction going. They want to make it big in the aviation industry but the management , policies, rules are making employeess on the shopfloor very difficult to follow. So many incident happen ina such a short time. They didnt think who causes all these. Always rush and rush to get the engine out. When thing happens push the blame to u and get warning letter for nothing. Do they even know in aviation, we cant rush just to get engine out in the shortest turnaround time? Greedy management. All types of stupid rules and they just implement immediately and u must follow. If u dont, be prepared to face the consequences. They dont care what the employess is going through. If u do something wrong, they will just give u warning letter or just sack you. Do they know what is human error in human factor? Totally no empathy. Every year, people from the shopfloor are having mass resignation from all over production. That is why u always see this company emplying people.
On the outside, it look really glamorous to be in such a big company. AVOID this company at all cost. If u reading and contemplating to join this company pertaining to shopfloor job suggest u look else. Even a cleaner job is better than this.
