      1) Employees are easy to get along with and are fun to work with. 2) Professional development is valued through formal education or informal education and training. 3) Flexible schedule. 4) Pay is pretty good. Promotions and raises are based on performance. They will recognize hard work and will compensate you for it.

      1) Competition between offices affects communication between colleagues.
