Always dealing with new technology. Interesting problems to solve. You get to learn a lot of different topics in your role, which other companies would compartmentalize.
Cons
Growing pains due to rapid expansion. With so many different areas to cover in one role, it can be difficult to juggle everything or prioritize.

Good Company that seems to try.

Good Coworkers, Hybrid work available in the office. Management is usually approachable. If you have less common skills, they will get used here.
Cons
Sometimes it feels like if you're working under the wrong manager, work experience gets worse. No Fulltime remote work for most office positions. Your position can really determine how much work you get. One portion of the office can be barely scraping by to get to 40 hours, while the other is asking if you can do more than 60. I've had situations where I had more overtime hours than regular hours in a week. Great if you're desperate for money, not great for family life. Field workers get laid off if their sector makes a downturn, office workers get limited to 40 hours. not always great at keeping things spaced out so you will have weeks of nothing followed by weeks of everything all at once.

Pros
"Never" to return!! Other than that free food was actually pretty good.
Cons
Strange techs to be around! nasty hygiene and immature techs, not all just the younger guys and two former employees. really don't care to hear about before I started their downtime for amusement was throwing frozen bird feces at one another. Also hearing about how one tech likes to defecate on bathroom floor in hotels for fun when work is out of town. Not my thing to see them 'touching' on one another and asking for sexual advances claiming they're joking. "Yeah" right actions speak louder than words! hilarious how one former manager was fired making a total of '8' jobs in a row he was terminated from. This branch tolerates a lot of nonsense and not to mention how most techs didn't care about the covid situation.

Decent pay and benefits, employee perks, satisfying work
Cons
Poor executive leadership tied to good old boys club style. Large overhead departments that were poorly operated and high cost centers. Company changed focus from people to money especially with acquisitions

They do offer the ability to work from home 2 days a week for select positions, but not a solution for individuals looking for 100% remote work.
