      Family-friendly company. Multi-national autonomy and freedom allows individuals to operate much like a franchise model.

      Cons

      Little to no active career development of staff (technical training is not career development). Little to no promotion into leadership roles in all functions. Old headquarters in isolated gentrified location.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
