      At SAS many people are working from longer time probably 10+ years and they only take technical decisions without considering current trend this causes trouble to new people. As its product base company, lot of different processes. All decision are driven by cary team even though people at different sites are capabale.

      Beautiful campus, benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      Too many “lifers” at SAS, lost touch with best practices. Promotions based on personal relationships versus truly being the best person for the job. HR seems to protect itself and has grown its kingdom. Out of touch management. IPO seems extremely unlikely.
