      Benefits are good but are great if you live in NC

      Cons

      Company is private and all promotions based on favoritism and looks. Most middle management is female and are selected by looks and other non work related abilities by Senior Management.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
