Pursuit of continued professional job satisfaction can prove frustrating at times if you don't have the necessary support of your management. Because of the excellent benefits, monetary compensation may not be what you like. However those are trade-offs that you have to make. If you expect to utilize the richness of benefits (such as the gym, health care, day care) then it makes a lot of sense.
