      Great place to work. Employees are very nice and stable. Very comforable environment. Great benefits and work eithics of all employees is beyond compare

      don't know if there are any. If you can't work here you can't work anywhere. I am very happy to be here.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
