Pros
The work life balance at SAS is as good as it gets. They really push the 35 hour work week, and while you occasionally might have a week where youre staying in late to meet a deadline, they are few and far between. You get plenty of vacation days and can take then essentially whenever you want without anyone in management thinking anything of it
Cons
The pay, while good, could be better. You have to give up something for the work life balance though and its a good deal to make
