      Pros

      Working with great people at a leading company means you are challenged regularly to perform at your best. Great work / life balance which makes it easy to have a family. Good benefits as well.

      Cons

      Can be slow to move forward in different areas which has an opportunity cost. Very employee-centric which doesn't always translate well.
