Pros
I've had a great experience working here. You are taken care of as an employee and there are many opportunities to grow within SAS. There are so many free training courses given to employees which is amazing so there isn't an excuse to not grow and learn. Most everyone I've worked with is friendly and has a positive attitude.
Cons
When applying for a position internally you pretty much have to hurry up and wait as HR is slow. I've not had many bad experiences other than that.
