      kitchen staff got same benefits as anyone else in the company. On site healthcare and workout room. Very family oriented.

      letting a contract company take over the kitchen area.

      Nice severance packages after working for 25 years.

      Cons

      The worst, most inhumane termination process. No dignity, no respect, no explanation, no concern for you as a person, your loyalty, your dedication, or service. A waste of your time and energy.
