Pros

If you live in Cary, NC. It is great. A university type atmosphere. Great Benefits. If you have good installed accts you will always make your number.

Cons

Management does not have much experience other than what they have learned through watching others fail at SAS and doing similar. So much pressure to do things that impact the relationship of customers, it is not a great environment. So worried about themselves, no one cares about customer. If you want an inside sales focused job as an field account executive go to SAS. If you have experience and are looking for a place to hide, go to SAS. If you want to make money, look someplace else. You will not learn anything you cannot read in a Sales 101 book like "the little red book of selling."

Cons

Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
