      Smartest people I've ever worked with Great environment to learn and keep on the cutting edge

      Middle management is a bit lost ... Many have never even used the software. Lots of "experts" who base their knowledge on reading training decks

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
