      Pros

      Nice company culture with a lot of change in flux for the better. Lots of people trying to do a good job and move the needle on exciting technologies and ways of working.

      Cons

      Far too much middle management bloat. Many in management positions that shouldn’t be that are good at managing up the way. This exists in every function and level globally.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
