      Pros

      I've been employed as a contractor and a full time on-site employee of SBS's, both with great experience. SBS truly cares about their employees on-site and off-site. They're honest, have great medical benefits and offer PTO for off-site employees (consultants). Keep up the good work!

      Great people, honest description of client positions.

      Cons

      No bench time. When your contract ends you're unemployed. I think has become standard practice with most consulting companies.

      Pros

      Great communication for a firm that contracts their employees to other companies. They are very easy to work with and will help navigate any troubles you may have when working with your company you are contracted to.

      Cons

      Little to no salary negotiation when it comes to raises.
