      Desde a vinda da Cassiopae para o Brasil a empresa busca melhorar seus pontos de deficiência sempre ouvindo seus funcionários. Devido ao seu porte as vezes é difícil manter uma cultura global em toda a empresa.

      remote 3 days out of the week

      Cons

      Management doesn't train you. I was not even allowed the opportunity to figure it out either before they laid me off. The guy who was supposed to train me didn't, and threw me under the bus when my progress was evaluated. They want you to come on the team, already knowing everything.
