Pathetic situation on the ground, no management, no HR also now, everyone is trying to save their jobs, no employee focus, digital core has worst team and worst management and HRBP, no one wants to work

Work-Life Balance: Flexibility with hours, "summer Fridays," or a genuine respect for logging off at 5 PM. Company Culture: Having "cool" coworkers, a collaborative (rather than competitive) vibe, and a lack of office politics. Remote/Hybrid Options: The ability to work from home without being micromanaged.

Cons

Upper Management: Often described as "out of touch," "micro-managing," or "lacking a clear vision." Lack of Growth: Feeling "stagnant" or like there’s nowhere to go unless someone above you retires or quits. Compensation: Pay that hasn't kept up with inflation or the "market rate," or bonuses that are consistently skipped.
