Some people are nice and if you're lucky you'll have someone on your team with talent, but don't expect them to stay long.
Cons
Mundane, repetitive work. Don't come here and expect to do the finest work of your career. Pay is well below agency average. There are no experienced leaders, so there's no one to learn from. Expect to work long hours regularly. Some leaders are quick to blame others for things they have no idea about. Watch your back.
