We were able to keep the 3 dollar client co-payments.

The management was indifferent, dispatchers were disrespectful and inconsiderate to the drivers, addressing them abusively, overworking them, not allowing lunch breaks or observing end of shift times. They schedule pickups for poor sick people knowing full well the driver won't make it on time. The mostly sick clients wait stranded for hours for a pickup as the dispatchers throw trip after trip on the driver that is enroute, adding to the delay.This has to be the most unprofessional company ever. Work here if you have nothing else. Even then, work to leave this company.
