Not much overtime anymore, no bonuses, health insurance is only okay for an individual not someone with dependents. This company has no respect for employees time. This business is managed like a mom and pop company. Horrible petty work environment. Those with seniority are allowed to treat subordinates like crap without penalty. We only see the owner when she wants to come in and talk crazy to everyone. Owners employ a lot of family that feels like they’re celebrities while at work. Management are back stabbing and liars, upper management is all having sex with one another. As soon as you get hired, they look for ways to fire you so you don’t earn any vacation and so they won’t have to give you a raise. The fat lady that’s in scheduling is a nightmare. Beware. The list could go on forever

SCR has zero integrity. They will lie, cheat and steal from your dying grandmother before they tell the truth, treat people fairly or care about you as a human. Benefits are way too expensive to afford for a family. They lie about bonuses, raises and rewards. You will give til your exhausted and then they will ask for more. The turnover is ridiculous. Why? Because their is no respect and noone that will help you. HR will take your complaint, turn it into something you did wrong and within a few breaths, they will fire you because you are a threat. I wouldnt recommend my enemy to work there
