No accountability for employees that are unable to do their jobs, no real onboarding, leader doesn't work with you on individual goals, lack of communication and often leaders don't communicate project changes, people get promoted based on who their friends are and tenure, lots of in office people spend a good portion of her day playing basketball and pushing their work off on others.
