      Secura encourage a work life balance that affords flexibility. Flexibility around personal commitments and work schedule. Fixed 401K contributions depending on tenure. Profit share. Of late, concern for how inflation is impacting associates. On-site services and wellness benefits - reimbursement for gym memberships. Education reimbursement.

      Cons

      Culture took some time becoming acclimated. Slow to change processes and operating procedures.
