      Pros

      Great Family/Life/Work balance on a day to day basis & when life's big moments occur. SECURA promotes individual & team growth. If an individual wants to move to another department, SECURA will help with mentors and training opportunities to make that change happen. A move from Underwriting to HR or IT is possible. Great culture - people genuinely care about each other

      Cons

      The insurance industry in general has struggled the last few years, mostly due to some major storms. SECURA has made internal and policy changes and is back on track to provide profit sharing again this year.
