      Pros

      The best part of working there was the original GRI team, who were supportive and great to work with.

      Cons

      At the GRI location -leadership became disorganized and filled with unnecessary drama, including decisions that nearly blew up the site. HR appeared to pick and choose which complaints mattered, leaving employees feeling ignored. Most days were spent dealing with avoidable chaos rather than doing the actual job.

      Pros

      Oilfield construction at it's best! Fast paced environment, long hours and good pay! Excellent support from the home office. Excellent variety of work.

      Cons

      The usual things, long hours, difficult working conditions, challenges getting the parts needed on schedule. Overall though, nothing was unmanageable and management was supportive.
